In partnership with one of the best Public Relations agencies in tourism, Paper Road Communications, our team worked collaboratively to create a launch strategy for Kananaskis Nordic Spa. This comprehensive strategy included a blend of marketing and PR with a massive emphasis on earned media and a minor focus on paid advertising. We helped to refine the brand identity developed by another agency, created the website and developed a brand language. Our team coordinated various photography and videography and even developed a chatbot to assist with customer service. We collaborated with the client on signage and worked on the different touchpoints to boost customer experience.
